Free choice minerals are part of the Sundrop feed program. Grain and roughage vary in their content of needed minerals, depending on the soil they are grown on. Your animals need many minerals besides salt, lime and phosphorus. There are three critical amounta of a mineral element: the minimum, the optimum, and the maximum. Each critical amount must be defined in terms of the amounts of all the other elements, since every known nutritionally needed element is, in some fashion, interrelated with every other known nutritionally needed element. An animal can and will, on an elemental basis, elect to consume it's interrelated nutritive requirements in optimum amounts, provided that sources are made available which will allow the animal a true choice.

Sundrop Array of Minerals

If you feed Sundrop Liquifeed to your cattle, you should also feed the Sundrop Array of Minerals. The Sundrop Array of Minerals includes TEN simple mineral compounds. Each one is fed SEPERATELY and FREE CHOICE. These minerals are simple compounds. Each one contains only a few of the primary minerals essential for cattle nutrition. We have observed that sometimes they eat this mineral, sometimes they eat that one——— but they always eat some of one or another. With a single multi-mineral mixture, the cattle may eat it or they may not; but with the Sundrop Array of Minerals, one never sees the cattle refusing to eat at least one or the other of the offered minerals. With the Sundrop Array of Minerals, the cattle will always be seen to eat something from the selection available.
